  • 1 box instant cookies 'n cream pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat is fine)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • About 20 Oreo cookies (divided; 8 whole and remainder chopped)
  • For topping: 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • Whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix and cookies 'n cream pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil; beat until blended.
  3. Gently fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
  4. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While cooling, prepare toppings by melting chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter until smooth. Mix pudding with cold milk and fold in whipped topping.
  6. Once cooled completely, drizzle ganache over the cake and spread frosting on top.
