  • Zest from one large orange
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
