  • 1 pint strawberries (sliced, remove caps)
  • 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 6 whole strawberries (remove caps)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse red romaine lettuce and mixed greens under cold water; pat dry.
  2. Slice strawberries into thin pieces, removing the caps first.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine greens, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped pecans; toss gently.
  4. Whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle dressing over the salad; toss gently until coated.
