Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and prepare a muffin pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine white flour, whole wheat flour, cane sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add frozen sliced strawberries to the dry mixture and gently combine.
  4. In another bowl, melt butter (or oil) and let it cool slightly before adding eggs, yogurt, water, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined—avoid overmixing.
