  • 8 oz bite-sized pasta (fusilli or lumaconi)
  • 15 to 18 spears asparagus
  • 1 cup well-seasoned steak (cooked and sliced thinly)
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon (chopped)
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. Chop asparagus into 1-1½ inch sections and steam for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with the dressing. Add in steak, turkey bacon, asparagus, and cheese; toss until well combined.
