  • 4 large egg whites
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces Sprite (or other lemon-lime soda)
  • Red food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Sprite (for icing)
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a 10-cup Bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, and egg whites. Beat in the vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Gradually add in the Sprite until the batter is bubbly.
  4. Divide the batter into three bowls: color one red, one blue, and leave one plain.
