  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 4 Pueblo chile peppers (roasted)
  • 6 ounces Muenster cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chile powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread and toast in a skillet until golden brown.
