2 pounds ground beef
8 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
Colby-Jack cheese slices
Green leaf lettuce
Kings Hawaiian chicken hamburger buns
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp fresh minced parsley
1 small sweet onion
1 Tbsp heavy cream
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
Prepare the garlic aioli by mashing pressed garlic with salt, then whisking in mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley. Chill in the fridge.
Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside and toast hamburger buns in the same skillet.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with grated sweet onion, heavy cream, salt, and cracked black pepper. Form patties and press an indentation in the center.
Grill patties over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side; add cheese during the last minute to melt.
