  • 1 box Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (Family size)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cup mini vegan vegan marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz bag Crunchy S'mores M&M's (divided)
  • 2 oz white chocolate (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil. Stir until just blended.
  3. Fold in mini marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and half of the M&M's.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely before drizzling melted white chocolate on top and sprinkling with remaining M&M's.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
