- 1 lb 2.12 oz Family Size package Oreo Cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 12 oz red candy melts
- 12 oz blue candy melts
- ⅓ cup Ghirardelli white melting wafers
- White star confetti sprinkles
- Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the crushed Oreo crumbs until well combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion out even-sized balls and roll them smooth.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Melt blue candy melts using a double boiler or microwave; dip each chilled ball into the melted coating.
