  • 2 cups pitted olives (Kalamata & green olives or a mix)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (or more if desired)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  2. Add pitted olives and olive oil; pulse until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
