  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, red onion, dill, parsley, beaten egg, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
