  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat and add butter and olive oil.
  2. Once melted, add the sliced onion and cook until tender (about 3 minutes).
  3. Add the whole mushrooms and sauté until golden brown (approximately 5 minutes).
  4. Mix in the lemon juice and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
