- 1 small onion, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat and add butter and olive oil.
