  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (plus sprigs for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, kosher salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated Brussels sprouts onto skewers.
