  • ½ cup finely ground pistachios
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (glaze)
  • 2 tbsp butter (glaze)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (glaze)
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios (topping)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf or bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
  5. Divide the batter into two bowls: add ground pistachios to one and cocoa powder with mini chocolate chips to the other.
  6. Spoon alternating dollops of both batters into the prepared pan and swirl gently.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before glazing.
  8. For the glaze, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with butter and heavy cream, then drizzle over the cooled bread.
