Ingredients

  • Cream or coconut milk
  • Chicken stock

  • Steamed white rice
  • Sliced carrots
  • Green peas

  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken breast pieces and sear until cooked through.
