  • 1 large egg (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla, cocoa powder, salt, food coloring, vinegar, and eggs one at a time, mixing well. Gently fold in flour until just combined.
