  • Poppy seed packet (included)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine water, egg, and muffin mix until just moistened. Gently fold in the poppy seeds.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spoon cherry pie filling on top; swirl gently with a knife.
  4. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
