  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt; mix in the cold diced butter until crumbly. Reserve about one cup for topping.
  3. Press the remaining mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In another bowl, toss together chopped peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the peach filling over the pre-baked crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  6. Drizzle heavy cream on top and add brown sugar before returning to the oven for an additional 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow cooling before slicing into bars.
