  • 1 cup ice cubes (divided)
  • 1 box (3 oz) berry blue Jell-O
  • 1 box (3 oz) cherry Jell-O
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
  • Fresh blueberries and chopped strawberries for garnish
  • 1 (6 oz) ready-to-use graham cracker or shortbread crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Blue Layer: In a bowl, mix 1 cup boiling water with berry blue Jell-O until dissolved. Stir in ½ cup ice cubes until melted. Pour into the crust and refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
  2. Prepare the White Layer: Combine 1 cup boiling water with cherry Jell-O in another bowl until dissolved. Add ½ cup ice cubes, stir, then carefully pour over the blue layer once set. Refrigerate for another 2 hours.
  3. Prepare the Red Layer: Repeat similar steps with cherry Jell-O using 1 cup boiling water and ½ cup ice cubes. Pour over the white layer after it has fully set, and chill again until completely firm.
  4. Final Touches: Once all layers are set, spread Cool Whip on top and garnish with fresh blueberries and chopped strawberries before serving.
