  2. Layer halved yuzu with rock sugar in a large mixing bowl, ensuring every piece is coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into two mason jars, sealing tightly. Let rest in a cool, dark place for 7 days.
  4. After resting, stir a spoonful of preserved yuzu mixture into hot water and enjoy!
