  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with Greek yogurt in three additions, starting with the flour mixture.
  7. Gently fold in the floured berries until evenly distributed.
  8. Pour batter into the prepared tin and bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
