  • 30g caster/granulated sugar
  • 2 heaped teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Dairy-free milk (for brushing)
  • Optional: Vegan caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash, peel, core, and cube the apples. In a bowl, combine apple cubes with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to your desired size. Cut into squares or rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pastry piece. Fold over to create pockets and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the pastries on it. Brush tops with dairy-free milk for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
