  • 200g turkey slices
  • 1 brown pear
  • 125g brie cheese
  • 34 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly spray a tartlet tray with olive oil.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut squares to fit into the tartlet tray compartments.
  3. Press the pastry into the moulds, then layer turkey strips at the bottom.
  4. Add matchstick pear pieces on top of the turkey and finish with brie pieces.
  5. Brush the edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
