  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef mixture for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Soak each rice paper wrapper in warm water for 15-20 seconds until pliable.
  4. Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the lower third, fold in the sides, and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  5. Repeat until all rolls are assembled; serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
