  3. In another bowl, mix beaten eggs, oil, and Greek yogurt until smooth. Gradually add milk to achieve a thick but pourable consistency.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures gently; fold in blueberries carefully.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin tin about two-thirds full and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  6. Bake for about 17 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
