  • 14 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the cubed croissants on a baking sheet and toast for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in half-and-half, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
