  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped olives
  • Fresh herbs (parsley and basil)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Maldon salt
