  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • About 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
  3. Add the strawberry cake mix and egg, mixing on low speed until combined into a thick dough.
  4. Press two-thirds of the dough evenly into the prepared pan and set aside the remaining dough.
  5. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the base layer.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips.
  7. Dot pieces of the remaining dough over the top.
  8. Bake for 27 to 30 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
