12 oz white chocolate (chopped)
2 oz pink candy melts
½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
½ cup strawberry jam
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup crushed shortcake biscuits
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate and coat silicone Easter egg molds. Chill until set.
Whip together cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until fluffy; fold in strawberry jam, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and shortcake biscuits.
Fill half of each chocolate shell with the mixture and seal with melted pink chocolate.
Chill again to firm up, then decorate with pink chocolate drizzle, shortcake crumbs, and fresh strawberry slices.
