  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 100 grams unsalted butter (melted)
  • 600 grams cream cheese (softened)
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 grams white chocolate (chopped)
  • 300 grams white chocolate (melted)
  • 250 ml heavy cream (whipped)
  • 300 grams fresh strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in chopped white chocolate, then pour over the crust.
  3. Bake at 160°C for about 45 minutes, or until set in the center. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Melt remaining white chocolate and fold in whipped cream. Spread over cooled cheesecake and refrigerate until set.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries just before serving.
