Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and almond extract until well mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in vanilla extract and lemon juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cold cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
