  • ½ cup (1 stick) melted salted butter

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 18–23 minutes. Let cool completely.
  4. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
  6. In a food processor, crumble vanilla sandwich cookies, add strawberry syrup, and mix until coated.
