1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
2 cups Fresh Spinach (sautéed)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 small Onion (optional, finely chopped)
1 large Egg
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
8 oz Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cubes
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted; let cool and chop.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, sautéed spinach, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
