  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-high heat; sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  3. Lower heat and sauté minced garlic in the same skillet; add heavy cream and Velveeta cubes until melted. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until creamy.
  4. Combine cooked rotini and sauce, then add steak back to the pan; warm through for about 2 minutes.
