Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. Lower the heat and add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Velveeta cubes, allowing them to melt before adding mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, then return the steak to warm through for about 12 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
