  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 teaspoons chili crunch oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot. Gently add eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath, then peel and slice.
  2. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  3. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork, seasoning with salt and optional garlic powder.
