  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the spaghetti using a colander and rinse under cold water to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti with diced cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and parsley.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese, Salad Supreme seasoning, Italian dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly using tongs.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Stir again just before serving and enjoy!
