  • 2 pounds potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken stock

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, mix together the potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well coated.
  2. Place the chicken on top of the seasoned potatoes and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.

  4. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
