  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 cup Catalina salad dressing
  • 1 oz packet onion soup mix
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apricot preserves, Catalina dressing, onion soup mix, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  5. Optionally de-grease the sauce before serving.
  6. Shred chicken if desired or serve whole over rice.
