  • 1 lb medium asparagus, woody ends trimmed
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp dry white apple vinegar or chicken broth
  • 6 Tbsp butter, diced
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400 – 425°F).
  2. Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (14 x 12 inches). Lay out on a countertop.
  3. Divide shrimp among the packs, placing them at the center. Add asparagus alongside.
  4. Pour vinegar over each pack, then sprinkle garlic and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Distribute butter pieces evenly across each packet.
  6. Seal foil packs tightly, leaving space for steam circulation.
  7. Grill sealed side up for about 9 – 10 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  8. Carefully unwrap, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle parsley, and serve.
