  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  • 1 orange pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients—slice chicken and vegetables.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Add onion to the skillet and sauté until softened (about 3 minutes). Stir in garlic and jalapeño for another minute.
  4. Add cabbage and orange pepper; pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender-crisp (5-7 minutes).
  5. Return chicken to the skillet; mix well and heat through (2-3 minutes). Adjust seasoning if necessary.
