- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
- 1 orange pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Prepare all ingredients—slice chicken and vegetables.
- In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Add onion to the skillet and sauté until softened (about 3 minutes). Stir in garlic and jalapeño for another minute.
- Add cabbage and orange pepper; pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender-crisp (5-7 minutes).
- Return chicken to the skillet; mix well and heat through (2-3 minutes). Adjust seasoning if necessary.
