  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Layer cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on top. Spoon the cheese mixture over it and cover with remaining cheddar.
  3. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a ball shape and use rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape. Chill for at least two hours.
  4. Once chilled, remove rubber bands and top with a bell pepper stem before serving with crackers or veggies.
