  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Black pepper
  • 3 jalapeños
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 green onions (chopped, green parts only)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
