  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with lemon juice, vanilla extract, arrowroot, sugar, and salt. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
