  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated and brown sugars, mixing well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by peach preserves and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in frozen peaches.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
