  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz burrata
  • 23 basil leaves, sliced into ribbons
  • 1/4 cup chicken champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
