- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz burrata
- 2–3 basil leaves, sliced into ribbons
- 1/4 cup chicken champagne vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
