  • 1420 Frozen Dumplings
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Red Curry Paste
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (or real maple syrup)
  • Cilantro (for garnishing)
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Chili Crunch
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Baby Spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in the greased dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbling.
  5. Optionally, add fresh spinach on top before garnishing with cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crunch.
