  • 2 turkey sausages (casings removed)

  • 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 TBSP ketchup
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/3 cup Ditalini pasta
  • 1/2 can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 can white beans
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add turkey sausage and cook until browned.
  2. Pour in the broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and ketchup. Stir in the julienned carrot.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil; add Ditalini pasta along with red kidney beans and white beans. Season with garlic, basil, celery seed, sugar, salt, and pepper.
