  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 56 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and melt cubed butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Toss peach wedges with remaining brown sugar and maple syrup.
  4. Layer half the peaches over the melted butter, pour batter on top without mixing, then add remaining peaches.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and set.
  6. For the maple butter topping, combine melted butter and maple syrup in a pan; boil for two minutes.
